摘要:介绍了不锈钢板垫纸生产系统在试生产过程中设备方面遇到的问题，如打浆系统、流送系统、压榨部设计安装不够合理等，提出相应的解决办法。经改造后，纸机车速提高到315 m/min，较改造前提高了32 m/min；年产量提高到11200 t，较改造前提高了3000 t；设备运转率达91%，较改造前提高了7个百分点。取得了明显的改进效果。

Abstract:The production system of producing interleaving paper for stainless steel in a mill was introduced. Many problems with the system were formed in the trial production, such as the irrational design and installation of the beating section, forming section and press section etc. This paper provided the solutions for the problems in production process. The better performance of the production line including speed raised 32 m/min, annual output increased 3000 t, and operation rate increased 7 units was achieved.
