摘要:提出了一种新的OCC预处理方法,即在碎解前将OCC在NaOH处理液中做浸泡处理或者在碱性条件下碎解。湿法预处理可以在不改变常规造纸流程的条件下改善再生纤维的润胀性能,以NaOH溶液浸泡-清水碎解处理方式所得纸张的力学性能指数提高较为明显,与相同打浆转数下清水碎解处理方式相比,裂断长、环压指数和耐破指数增幅分别达22.4%、20.5%和32.0%。湿法预处理同时缩短了OCC碎解时间,提高了废纸碎解效率。
Abstract:A new method of pretreating old corrugated container (OCC) with caustic solution soaking before repulping or adding sodium hydroxide during repulping has been developed to improve mechanical properties of recycled linerboard made of the OCC. The proposed pretreatment may improve swellability of recycled fibers, leading to significant increase in tensile, ring crush, and burst index of the recycled sheets. The pretreatment also reduces the times needed for OCC repulping, thus increases productivity of the repulper.
