摘要:介绍了废纸造纸干部脏污与发生断纸的关系以及干部脏污的预防方法及断纸的有效防止措施。通过综合运用烘缸、干网的脏污预防系统防止干部的脏污,不仅可以防止发生断纸,而且还可以改善纸机的运行性能。

Abstract:Sheet break problem due to deposition of pitch, stickies and latex in the dryer section is becoming critical when the furnish is with high DIP ratio and the system is closed. Maintech has developed a sheet break prevention program, a solution that passivates all surfaces of the dryer section where the deposition could cause sheet break. The resulting surface passivation prevents deposition on the cylinder, fabric and drastically reduces the sheet break times. There are considerable advantages of this program for the mills. Case study illustrating gained benefits in a paper board machine is presented.
