摘要:采用间羟基联苯比色法测定毛竹半纤维素中葡萄糖醛酸含量,并研究了四硼酸钠/硫酸、间羟基联苯溶液添加量及沸水浴时间对测定结果的影响,建立了适合于毛竹半纤维素中糖醛酸含量的测定条件,同时证明了该方法测定毛竹半纤维素中葡萄糖醛酸的稳定性、可重复性和精密度。 |
Abstract:Arabinoglucuronoxylan is the main component in the hemicellulose of moso bamboo. The content of glucuronic acid which is as the main side chain can reflect the structure of the hemicellulose. In this paper, a method for the determination of glucuronic acid in hemicellulose of moso bamboo with m-hydroxydiphenyl was used. The amounts of tetraborate/H2SO4, m-hydroxydiphenyl and the boiling time were studied. This method was proved simple, accurate and reproducible. |
