摘要:针对复卷机传统控制中的电控、气控和液压控制相对独立且控制分散的问题，提出了基于可编程序控制器的复卷机的电气液一体化的自动控制，结合具体事例给出了控制思想和实现方法，实践证明这种电气液一体化的控制方法可有效地提高复卷机的控制精度，从而提高产品质量。

Abstract:Aimming at the problem of relatively independent and separated control of electric control, air control and hydraulic pressure control in the traditional rewinder, an automatic control system based on programmable logical controller which integrates electric control, air control and hydraulic pressure control was putted forword, meantime the control thought and realizing method for this kind of integrated automatic control were given combined with application example. The practice proved that this kind of control method could effectively increase the control precision of rewinder, so as to improve the quality of products.
