摘要:研究采用实验室自制的两性树脂通过离子交换法去除碱回收炉飞灰中的Cl-并回收SO2-4。结果表明,自制的两性树脂的最佳应用条件为:碱灰浓度200 g/L、流速3 m/h、温度45℃,在此条件下对碱灰水处理,Cl-去除率为85%,SO2-4保留率为70%。 |
Abstract:A method of removing Cl- and recovering SO2-4 in carryover particles in recovery boiler operation with amphoteric ion-exchange resin which was developed in lab was presented. The results showed that, the removing rate of Cl- was 85% and the retention rate of SO2-4 was 70% under the optimal conditions of ESP dust concentration 200 g/L, flow rate 3 m/h and temperature 45℃. |
