生产特种宣纸的圆网纸机的技术改造

摘要:介绍了生产低档宣纸的原3200型三缸单圆网老式网槽纸机的技术改造情况。改造后，车速由70～90 m/nim提高到250～280 m/nim，日产量由单台8～10 t提高到40～50 t，使生产的特种宣纸产品质量提高。

Abstract:The retrofit experience of two 3200 type cylinder mould machine equipped with 3 dryers and single mould was introduced. The machine speed from 70~90 m/min before retrofit increases to 250~280 m/min, production of each machine from 8~10 t/d increases to 40~50 t/d and the product quality is improved.
