摘要:将五段S曲线加减速的方法和它的控制算法应用于复卷机中,给出加加速度、加速度、速度的表达式,通过可编程序控制器实时计算并控制相应的调速装置,能较好地解决升降速过程中的速度平滑变化问题,实践证明这种控制方法可有效地提高复卷机的升降速控制精度,从而提高产品质量和整机自动化水平。
Abstract:The process of speed increasing/decreasing of rewinder affects the rewinding quality remarkably. The S-surve acceleration and its control algorithm were applied to slove the speed change problem in speed increasing/decreasing process by real-time calculation of the programmable logical controller and controlling the speed adjustment installation, the function of the jerk acceleration, acceleration, velocity were also given. The practice proved that this kind of control method can effectively increase control precision of the speed increasing/decreasing process of rewinder and improve product quality and the automation level.
