摘要:硫酸盐法制浆碱回收得到的白泥显绿色，采用已报道的白泥精制方法制备的轻质碳酸钙（PCC）的白度达不到造纸加填的要求。本研究通过正交实验，确定了碱回收白泥精制PCC的最佳反应条件，即在反应温度35℃、反应pH值9.5的条件下，加入1 mL质量分数为1%的螯合剂二乙撑三胺五亚甲基膦酸（DTPMP），精制PCC的白度达到90%。

Abstract:The white mud from chemical recovery process of kraft pulping normally is greenish. The whiteness of precipitated calcium carbonate prepared from the white mud by the reported technology didn’t meet the requirement of paper making. The whiteness of the precipitated calcium carbonate is above of 90%ISO by adding 1 mL DTPMP in the white mud at 35℃ and pH=9.5 based on orthogonal experiment.
