摘要:研究了增稠剂、表面活性剂、涂料固含量以及颜料配比对涂料延展黏度的影响，并初步探讨了影响机理。结果表明，增稠剂的种类和用量对涂料延展黏度的影响较大；随着表面活性剂加入量的增加，涂料延展黏度略有下降；涂料的剪切黏度和延展黏度均随着涂料固含量的增加而增加；高岭土用量的增加会导致涂料剪切黏度增加，同时降低涂料延展黏度。

Abstract:The effects of thickener, surfactant, solid content and proportion of pigment on coating color’s extensive viscosity were studied, and the influential mechanism was discussed. The results showed that, the type and the dosage of the thickener had a great influence on coating color’s extensive viscosity; as the dosage of surfactant increased, the extensive viscosity decreased, but the change could be ignored; the solid content of the color increasing could lead to increase of the extensive viscosity and the shear viscosity; as the dosage of clay increased, the shear viscosity increased while the extensive viscosity decreased.
