摘要:以壳聚糖-淀粉混合物对纸张进行涂布处理,研究制备工艺对涂布纸抗张指数以及对金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌性能的影响。结果表明,涂布液中壳聚糖浓度为15 g/L、淀粉与壳聚糖的浓度之比为1.5∶1.0、乙酸用量为1.5%、pH值为5、壳聚糖相对分子质量为20万时,涂布量为2.02 g/m2条件下制备的涂布纸对金黄色葡萄球菌有很好的抗菌性,同时纸张的抗张指数也得到明显改善。
Abstract:Paper was coated with complexes of chitosan-starch and the effects of process conditions on tensile index and antibacterial properties for Staphylococcus aureus of the paper were studied. The results showed that the optimal coating conditions were as follows, chitosan dosage 15 g/L, ratio of starch to chitosan 1.5∶1.0, acetic acid concentration 1.5%, pH value 5, relative molecular weight of chitosan 200,000, coating weight 2.02 g/m2. The coated paper had favorable antibacterial properties for Staphylococcus aureus and the tensile index was also improved obviously.
