摘要:实验探讨了凹凸棒石黏土(凹土)、碳酸钙、滑石粉及硅灰石复配加填对纸张性能的影响。结果发现,复配加填较单一加填纸张的强度性能均有明显提升,其中以凹土与碳酸钙复配加填的纸张的强度性能提升最为显著。凹土与碳酸钙按1∶2比例复配,加填量为10%时纸张的抗张指数为10.8 N·m/g,与单一加填碳酸钙和单一加填凹土相比,分别提高了65.6%和56.9%。粒度考察及SEM表征分析表明,不同粒度、形状的填料复配所产生的堆砌效应是强度性能提升的主要原因之一;而凹土的高长径比及易水化特性是赋予纸张良好性能的另一主要因素。 |
Abstract:The effect of using blended attapulgite clay, calcium carbonate, talc and wollastonite as filler on the paper strength property was studied. The results showed that the paper strength property improved significantly when using blended filler instead of using single filler, practically the blended filled of attapulgite clay and calcium carbonate improved the strength property evidently. Tensile index of the paper adding 10% blended filler in which the ratio of attapulgite clay and calcium carbonate was 1∶2 was 65.6% higher than that of using calcium carbonate only, and 56.9% higher than that of only using attapulgite clay. Particle analysis and SEM observation indicated that the compact effect of blended fillers with different particle size and morphological features was one of reasons of strength property improvement; another reason was ascribe to the high length/diameter ratio and easy hydration of attapulgite clay. |
