浅析卷烟纸阴燃速率的影响因素

摘要:研究了同一种类不同品牌的浆料、定量、灰分、助燃剂用量、燃烧方式等对卷烟纸阴燃速率的影响，结果显示，同一种类不同品牌的浆料对卷烟纸的阴燃速率影响不明显；定量对卷烟纸阴燃速率影响较大，随着定量的增加，阴燃速率增加；灰分对卷烟纸阴燃速率略有影响，随着灰分的增加阴燃速率减小；助燃剂用量越小，卷烟纸阴燃速率越大，且助燃剂用量对阴燃过程的掉片有较大的影响；不同的燃烧方式对卷烟纸阴燃速率影响较大，相同条件下卧式阴燃所测阴燃速率值均高于竖式阴燃所测阴燃速率值。

Abstract:The influences of the pulp used for cigarette paper production, basis weight of the paper, ash content, combustion agent content, and combustion method, on cigarette paper smoldering rate were studied. The results showed that the influence of the kind of the pulp is not obvious, the basis weight has quite significant influence on smoldering rate, smoldering rate increases as cigarette paper basis weight increase, cigarette paper ash content has slightly effect on smoldering rate, smoldering rate decreases as ash content increase. On the other hand, the lower combustion agent content the higher of smoldering rate, and combustion-supporting agent content has a significant effect on the dropped ash. Different smoldering rate tester has different testing result, horizontal smoldering rate testing value is higher than that of vertical smoldering instrument.
