聚木糖酶改善杨木APMP浆消潜效果的研究

摘要:在APMP浆消潜过程中分别加入酸性聚木糖酶和碱性聚木糖酶,考察聚木糖酶对纸浆潜态消除的改善作用。结果表明,碱性聚木糖酶更有助于纸浆潜态的消除,在酶用量10 IU/g浆、浆浓2%、pH值8.0、温度60℃的条件下,具有较好的消潜效果,纤维扭结指数降低了11.9%,每毫米扭结数降低了8.5%,弯曲指数降低了9.7%;环境扫描电镜(ESEM)分析显示在消潜过程中加入碱性聚木糖酶,有利于纤维的充分润胀,明显改善消潜效果。
Abstract:Refining is the important stage in APMP manufacture process, and high temperature pulses generated in this stage makes pulp fibers curly and kink, which can reduce the strength properties of the pulp. The effect of acid xylanase and alkaline xylanase on latency removal was compared by using fiber quality analyzer (FQA). The result showed that alkaline xylanase can be used to improve latency removal. The optimal treatment conditions are enzyme dosage 10 IU/g pulp, pulp consistency 2%, pH value 8.0 and temperature 60℃. Kink index can decrease 11.9%, each mm kink number can reduce 8.5%, and the curl index can decrease 9.7%.Observation of Environment Scanning Electron Microscopy (ESEM) showed that xylanase treatment can make fiber swelling and reduce the fiber latency.
