摘要:造纸法再造烟叶中无机阳离子含量的测定对控制其内在品质的稳定性具有重要作用,选用聚四氟乙烯材质容器,利用离子色谱,建立了造纸法再造烟叶中Na+、NH+4、K+、Mg2+和Ca2+ 5种阳离子同时测定的方法。结果表明,5种阳离子在检测条件下有很好的线性关系(r2≥0.9991),相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于3%,回收率在96.18%~106.01%;聚四氟乙烯材质容器可减少Na+含量的测定误差,且重复性较好。 |
Abstract:The determination of the inorganic cations content is significant for controlling the quality stability of reconstituted tobacco. The determination of the cations of sodium, ammonia, potassium, magnesium and calcium in reconstituted tobacco and its tobacco raw materials was achieved by using ion chromatography and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) container. The results indicated that: (1) good linear relationship between the cationic on centrations and relevant peaks was found and with r2≥0.9991, the recoveries of the ions were from 96.18% to 106.01% with RSD of ≤3%, (2) the measurement error of sodium content could be reduced by using PTFE container and the repeatability is better. |
