我国造纸供应链中木材资源的物质流分析

摘要:将我国造纸供应链中的木材资源流动划分为制浆造纸、深加工、使用和回收4个阶段，以我国“十一五”期间的相关统计数据为基础，应用物质流分析模型和方法对其进行了系统分析，针对木材资源流动的规模巨大、木材资源的供应能力不足、木材资源的贸易不平衡、木材资源出现库存积压以及木材资源流动仍面临环保压力等现状和问题，提出了持续推进造纸产业一体化、构建供应链支撑体系、大力发展造纸行业第三方物流、提高废纸逆向物流的运作能力、合理化及政府政策供给和制度安排等具体对策和建议。

Abstract:The author divides the timber resource flow in Chinas papermaking supply chain into four stages, i.e. pulping-papermaking, deep processing, end use and recovery. According to the systematical analysis of the relative statistic data in Chinas the eleventh five-year plan period based on Material Flow Analysis (MFA), considering the problems such as huge scale of timber resource flow; insufficient supply capacity, trade imbalance, piled up inventory and environmental pressures, the paper suggested the countermeasures from fives aspects， including industrial integration, supply chain management, third part logistics, reverse logistics and policy.
