改性轻质碳酸钙的性能及其在造纸中的应用

摘要:采用自制的树枝状聚合物对轻质碳酸钙（PCC）进行改性，并用改性PCC作为填料对纸张进行加填。实验结果表明，改性后PCC的聚集现象大大减弱，悬浮液表观黏度下降50％以上，分散性明显改善；将改性PCC作为造纸填料时，填料留着率明显提高，与改性前PCC加填相比，填料留着率由64.6%提高至73.1%。

Abstract:The aggregation phenomenon of the precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) was reduced significantly and the apparent viscosity of its suspension dropped by more than 50% after it was modified. When the modified PCC was used as filler in papermaking, the filler retention was improved from 64.6% to 73.1%.
