摘要:以棉浆为原料,采用4-乙酰氨基-TEMPO-NaClO-NaBr氧化体系,在超声波协助的作用下制备纳米纤维。测定了氧化前后棉纤维纤维素的羧基含量和聚合度,采用光学显微镜和红外光谱(FT-IR)对氧化棉纤维进行了表征,采用纳米粒度仪和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对超声波处理的氧化棉纤维进行了表征。结果表明,在4-乙酰氨基-TEMPO-NaClO-NaBr氧化过程中,棉纤维纤维素的聚合度显著下降;该反应体系结合超声波可制得宽度约80 nm、长度约400 nm的纳米纤维;纳米纤维纤维素的羧基含量可达0.58 mmol/g。
Abstract:Nanocellulose was prepared from cotton pulp by 4-acetamido-TEMPO-NaClO-NaBr oxidizing system with ultrasonic treatment. The carboxy content and DPv of unoxidized and oxidized cotton fibers were determined. The properties of oxidized cellulose were characterized by optical microscope and Infrared Spectrum (IR). The properties of oxidized cellulose with ultrasonic treatment were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Nanoparticle Size Analyzer. Results showed that the DPv of cotton fiber decreased significantly during the oxidizing reaction, the nanocellulose with the width of approximately 80 nm and the length of approximately 400 nm could be prepared by using the means of oxidizing reaction and ultrasonic treatment, the carboxy content of nanocellulose could be up to 0.58 mmol/g.
