摘要:针对福伊特VariPlusTM高速单辊复卷机的机械结构特征与工艺流程要求,设计了一套基于SINAMICS S120的传动控制系统,详细阐述了传动控制系统的电气配置方案、设计思路、技术要点与实现方法,这套系统符合实际控制的要求,得到了广泛的应用。

Abstract:According to VOITH VariPlusTM high speed single roll rewinding machine’s mechanical structure characteristics and process requirements, a set of drive control system based on SINAMICS S120 was designed. This paper described the electric scheme, design key points and realization method of the drive system in detail. The system can meet the needs of the control requirements, has been widely used.
