摘要:疵点是棉浆粕成品的重要考核指标,也是生产中的一个控制难点。采用加强干法机械清杂、蒸球内焊接刮板、应用三通回转阀、投料后抽真空以及应用快速渗透剂等措施,可大大降低和消除棉浆粕中的疵点,提高棉浆粕的品质。

Abstract:The measure of rapidly penetration in cotton linter can greatly reduce and eliminate the defect of the cotton pulp. The detail of the method was introduced in this paper.
