摘要:介绍了靴式宽压区压榨装置的研发过程。分析了靴压配对辊的结构需要,提出靴压配对辊的结构设计。经研发制造,对试制的靴压辊及其配对辊进行单机调试,试机车速900 m/min,靴压试机线压力600 kN/m,一次试机成功。再经调试运行,纸机车速可以稳定在1450 m/min,靴压辊线压力850 kN/m。
Abstract:The manufacture experience of an extended nip shore press in Henan Thumb Papermaking Equipment and Engineering Co., Ltd., was introduced. The structure design of the counter roll was suggested after the structure requirement of the counter roll was analyzed. The successful commissioning test of the shore press including the shore press roll and the counter roll on a paper machine with 900 m/min speed and 600 kN/m linear pressure was implemented. It was expected to run stably at 1450 m/min with 850 kN/m linear pressure.
