Abstract:Wheat straw was pretreated with alkali and alkali-xylanase, and then the alkali-xylanase pretreatment wheat straw was cooked by soda-AQ progress. The effects of alkali dosage, reaction temperature on pentosan content, yield of the wheat straw pulp and properties of wheat straw pulp were discussed. The results showed that with the increasing of alkali charge and temperature, the yield of wheat straw, the pentosan content and the wheat straw pulp Kappa number decreased, the tensile index of wheat straw pulp increased. After pretreatment process of alkali dosage 5%, temperature 70℃, the yield of wheat straw, pentosan content, Kappa number and tensile index were 77.0%, 82.9%, 10.0 and 49.3 N·m/g, respectively. |
