摘要:以两级三段低浓除渣器为例,介绍了LabVIEW在浆水平衡中的应用。LabVIEW仿真步骤主要包括设备模块的分类、建立设备VI模块和仿真流程VI的计算。经过仿真计算,发现LabVIEW仿真不仅设计效率高,容易使用,而且用户交互界面更加友好。
Abstract:Take two-grade three-stage cleaner as example, LabVIEW simulation was used in pulp and water balance calculation in this paper. The steps of LabVIEW simulation consisted of categorizing requirement model, building device model(VI) and simulation flowchart(VI)calculation. It was found that LabVIEW not only was easy to use and increased the design efficiency, but also had a more friendly user interface.
