制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准实施情况回顾及分析

Review and Analysis of the Implementation of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for China’s Pulp and Paper Industry(GB 3544—2008)

摘要:通过回顾GB 3544—2008制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准实施情况，总结了为满足标准要求采取的技术保障措施和标准实施产生的环境、经济和社会效益，认为标准内容和相应的环境监管措施尚存在进一步完善的空间，并提出了相应的完善和改进建议。

Abstract:By reviewing the implementation of discharge standard of water pollutants for the pulp and paper industry (GB3544—2008) the receseaing technological measures for the implementation were analyzed and the environmental, economic and social benefits of the discharge standard implementation were estimated. The study pointed out that the standard and corresponding environmental management measures still existed some problems, some recommendations for improvement were suggerted.
