摘要:在对我国制浆造纸工业特点分析的基础上,提出从供应链的视角进行我国制浆造纸工业的能源消耗和碳排放估算,并提出了详细的计算框架和计算方法。提出的计算框架和计算方法既遵守了国际上通用的IPCC指导方针,又很好地区分了进口和国产两种不同的供应链投入,也充分考虑了供应链上原料的能源本质及其多用途性。计算结果表明,2011年,我国制浆造纸工业的能源消耗为3214.62 PJ,单位产品能源消耗为31.07 GJ/t纸;总碳排放为149.74 Mt CO2e,吨纸CO2排放量为1543 kg CO2e。通过与文献中其他国家的制浆造纸工业的能源消耗和碳排放估算值分析,所提出的计算框架和计算方法合理可行。
Abstract:Detailed calculation framework and method were proposed to estimate energy use and carbon emissions of China’s pulp & paper industry from the view angle of supply chain based on the analysis of the properties of the industry. The proposed calculation framework and method not only folloews the IPCC guidelines that are widely used, but also distinguished the inputs of imported and domestic supply chains and also took into full consideration of energy attribute and multi-purpose of those materials. The calculation results showed that total energy use of China’s pulp & paper industry was 3214.62 PJ and specific energy consumption was 31.07 GJ/t paper, while total carbon emission 149.74 Mt CO2e and specific carbon emissions was 1543 kg CO2e, in 2011. The calculation framework and method were proved to be reasonable and the calculation results were reasonable comparing the results with other countries’in literatures.
