摘要:采用自制乳化剂A,通过相反转法制备出聚酰亚胺树脂乳液。研究了转速、乳化剂用量、温度、乳化时间对乳液的影响。结果表明,在转速为300 r/min, 温度为40℃,乳化剂浓度为23%,乳化时间为70 min的条件下,可以制备出粒径为5~7 μm的聚酰亚胺树脂乳液;采用该树脂乳液浸渍芳纶纸,芳纶纸的抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐破指数均明显提高。
Abstract:A water-emulsified polyimide resin was prepared by using phase-inversion method and chemical A as emulsifier in this experiment. The influence of stirring speed, emulsifier dosage, emulsifying temperature, and emulsifying time on emulsion particle size was studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions were water-emulsifier dosage was 23%, emulsifying temperature was 40℃ and emulsifying time was 70 min.Under these conditions, particle size of polyimide emulsion was among 5~7 μm. The application result showed that the tensile index, burst index and tear index of aramid paper increased significantly with impregnation of the emulsion.
