摘要:建立了高效液相色谱-质谱法测定生活用纸中烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚（APEO）含量的方法，考察了不同的色谱和质谱分析条件，并优化了分析方法的各个参数，包括APEO标样的选择、不同萃取液、萃取方式、萃取时间以及萃取次数对样品提取的影响，并考察了样品溶液的稳定性。本方法中APEO的检出限为0.075～0.50 mg/kg，回收率为72.0%～102.2%，相对标准偏差为0.69%～6.7%，线性相关系数均大于0.9990。该方法简单、易操作、回收率好，适用于生活用纸中APEO的常规快速分析。

Abstract:The determination method of alkylphenol ethoxylates in household paper by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry was established. Different analytical conditions of chromatography and mass spectrometry were respectively investigated. The parameters of the test method were optimized, included extraction conditions, such as extraction solutions, extraction method, extraction time and extraction times, the stability of the sample solution was also investigated. The limit of detection was 0.075～0.50 mg/kg, The recoveries of the method were between 72.0%～102.2%. The RSDs were 0.69%～6.70%. The linear correlation coefficient of standard curves was greater than 0.9990. The method was precise, simple, easy to operate, capable of getting a desired recovery, and the approach was suitable for routine quick determination of alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ethers in household paper.
