| Abstract:Wheat straw and reed were separately cut and cleaned, then they were mixed and cooked with soda process in a continuous digester, the proper mixing proportion rate of the materials and pulping process were studied in this paper. The results showed that in the same pulping condition, comparing with only wheat straw soda pulping, when the mix ratio of wheat straw: reed was 1∶1, the advantage of mixed wheat straw and reed soda pulping included higher yield and better drainage performance of the pulp, comparing with only reed soda pulping, the uncooked rejects of mixing cooking were much less. This process was of benefit to lower down the operation cost and improve the profit. |
