摘要:介绍了钢带式压榨过滤机的基本构造和脱水原理,结合其在工程项目中的实践,对以钢带式压榨过滤机为基础的制浆造纸污泥深度脱水工艺进行总结。

Abstract:The basic structure and dewatering principle of steel-belt filter press were introduced, and combining with the practice of engineering projects the advanced dewatering process of paper mill sludge based on steel-belt filter press was summarized. The practical application indicated that the solid content of sludge could reach to 50%~55% after dewatering, it could be used together with other dewatering equipment.
