两种测定卷烟纸阴燃速率方法的影响因素比较

摘要:对两种测定卷烟纸阴燃速率方法(简称方法Y与方法C)的影响因素进行了比较。结果表明,采用方法Y测定时,卷烟纸阴燃速率随定量的提高而变慢,随卷烟纸中钾盐比例的提高而变快,其中定量对阴燃速率的影响最大,助燃剂含量对阴燃速率的影响存在一定的波动,但整体影响不大。采用方法C测定时,卷烟纸阴燃速率随卷烟纸定量的提高而变慢,随助燃剂用量和钾盐比例的提高而变快,其中定量对阴燃速率的影响最大,其次为助燃剂用量、钾盐与钠盐的比例。无论是采用方法Y,还是采用方法C,卷烟纸的透气度对阴燃速率均没有影响。研究表明,与方法Y相比,方法C对于实际生产中如何提高或降低卷烟纸阴燃速率更具有指导意义。

Abstract:This paper compared the influencing factors of two testing methods for smoldering rate of cigarette paper. It was shown that when using method Y, the smoldering rate of cigarette paper became slow with the basis weight increasing, and fast with ratio of potassium salt and sodium salt increasing. The basis weight had the most significant effect on smoldering rate of cigarette paper. There were various effect of combustion aids on smoldering rate, but the effect was not significant on the whole; when applying the method C, the smoldering rate of cigarette paper became slow with the basis weight increasing, and fast with combustion aids content and the ratio of potassium salt and sodium salt increasing. The basis weight had the most significant effect on smoldering rate of cigarette paper, and combustion aids and the ratio of potassium salt and sodium salt were the second. No matter which method was adopted, the air permeability had no effect on the smoldering rate of cigarette paper. Compared with method Y, method C was more significant for finding the ways to increase or decrease the smoldering rate of cigarette paper in production.
