Abstract:Based on the original configuration of installing two press roller underneath the first dryer of a 3150 type fourdrinier paper machine, one more roll was added in order to further upgrade the efficiency. It was proved to be beneficial to speed up the machine, improve product quality and reduce energy consumption in napkin paper and specialty paper production.
