液相色谱串联质谱法测定烟用纸张中的芳香胺

摘要:建立了液相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱(LC-MS/MS)测定烟用纸张中20种芳香胺的检测方法。用柠檬酸缓冲液浸泡烟用纸张,加入连二亚硫酸钠还原为芳香胺,浸泡液过固相萃取小柱后,用甲醇洗脱,并浓缩定容,进行液相色谱串联质谱测定。该方法的回收率为77.5%～112.1%, 精密度(RSD)为1.4%～13.4%,检出限均小于0.1 ng/mL。该方法灵敏度高,分析时间短,适用于烟用纸张中芳香胺的测定。

Abstract:In this paper, a liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for measuring 20 kinds of aromatic amines in cigarette paper was established. The sample was first extracted by citrate buffer and the aromatic amines were reduced by adding sodium dithionite, the extract was then concentrated on a solid phase extraction column and eluted by methanol. The elution was condensed and solved for LC-MS/MS analysis. The recoveries of the method were in the range of 77.5%～112.1%, while the relative standard deviation (RSD) change from 1.4%～13.4%, the limit of detection was lower than 0.1 ng/mL. The developed method was of good efficiency, sensitivity and selectivity, and could been successfully applied to determine the aromatic amines in cigarette paper．
