摘要:本文结合机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)技术对化机浆废液进行预浓缩处理的工程实例,对其工艺流程以及运行能耗进行了简要分析,与传统的废液多效蒸发进行了对比,结果表明,采用MVR蒸发与多效蒸发相结合的方式对化机浆废液进行处理具有更好的经济性。

Abstract:This paper reported the engineering application of MVR in treatment of chemimechanical pulp effluent and briefly analysed the technology process and operation energy consumption.The application result showed that comparing with traditional multi-effect evaporation process, the MVR technique was more economical in treatment of chemimechanical pulp effluent.
