摘要:本文介绍了利用碱法制浆黑液与燃煤制成黑液水煤浆的研究进展。黑液水煤浆在高温燃烧时,碱法制浆黑液中的碱性物质(如NaOH、Na2CO3等)与烟气中的SO2反应生成硫酸盐并将其固定在炉渣中;黑液中的木素和半纤维素一方面能在燃烧过程中贡献一定热值,另一方面在碱性条件下使木素降解为邻苯二酚进而被氧化为邻醌结构,这些结构对硫的吸收和脱除起到关键作用,可有效解决燃煤燃烧带来的雾霾问题,同时也为碱法草浆黑液的综合利用提供了新的途径。 |
Abstract:The coal water slurry(CWS) can be prepared by using straw alkaline pulping black liquor and coal, the alkaline substances in pulping black liquor(such as NaOH、 Na2CO3 etc.) can react with SO2 in flue gas to be sulfate and fixes in slag when combustion of coal water slurry at high temperature. On the one hand, lignin and hemicellulose in the black liquor can increase the heat value in the combustion process; on the other hand, lignin can be degraded and generate catechol then it is oxidized to quinone structure in catalytic alkaline substances. These structures have a key role in sulfur-absorption and extrusion and it can solve the haze problems caused by coal dust effectively. |
