双醛羧甲基壳聚糖-阳离子淀粉对纸张增强机理的研究

摘要:对羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)进行选择性氧化改性,制备双醛羧甲基壳聚糖(DCMCS),将DCMCS与阳离子淀粉(CS)进行复配,制备DCMCS-CS纸张增强剂,实验研究其对纸张的增强作用效果及其增强机理,并与单一增强剂及CMCS-CS复配增强剂进行对比。结果表明,DCMCS-CS最佳用量为0.6%时,对纸张具有很好的增强效果,其作用效果明显高于单一增强剂和CMCS-CS。扫描电镜分析结果显示,加入DCMCS-CS增强剂的纸张断裂时主要以纤维断裂为主,说明该复配增强剂能有效地提高纤维间的结合面积和结合强度。
Abstract:Dialdehyde carboxymethyl chitosan(DCMCS)was prepared by the selective oxidation of carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS). A new paper strengthening agent carboxymethyl chitosan-cationic starch (CS) was prepared by composite reaction. Research showed that a good strengthening result was obtained when the charge of DCMCS-CS was 0.6%. The strength of the paper was the best compared with adding the same dosage of the single additives or DCMCS-CS. SEM showed that DCMS-CS could efficiently increase fiber bonding strength and bonding the area between the fibers, sequentially increase the strength of paper sheets.
