彩色卷烟纸色素微胶囊制备的研究

摘要:实验以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为囊壁材料,色素为芯材,硫酸钠、硼酸钠溶液为凝聚液,采用界面聚合法制备彩色卷烟纸色素微胶囊。实验结果表明,聚乙烯醇的浓度为8.0%～10.0%,油相为色拉油,水相与油相比例为1∶2,乳化剂浓度为3.0%,搅拌速度为1000 r/min时,制备的微胶囊可以达到彩色卷烟纸色素微胶囊色泽稳定性的要求。

Abstract:The microcapsule using for color cigarette paper was preparaed by interfacial polymerization, polyvinyl alcohol was used as wall-material, colouring agent was core-material, Na₂SO₄ and Na₂B₄O₇ were agglomerate solution. The research results showed that the microcapsule product with brilliant color and suspension stability was prepared under the following conditions: the concentration of polyvinyl alcohol was 8.0%～10.0%, oil phase was salad oil, the ratio of water phase to oil phase was 1∶2, the concentration of emulsifying agent was 3.0%, agitation speed was 1000 rpm.
