铁改性膨润土光催化剂的制备、表征及应用

摘要:以膨润土作为载体,制备了铁改性膨润土光催化剂,采用多种手段对其结构进行表征,将制备的铁改性膨润土光催化剂用于非均相Fenton法深度处理造纸法烟草薄片废水,考察了铁改性膨润土光催化剂的催化活性及稳定性。结果表明,膨润土经铁改性后X射线衍射(XRD)峰强度略有减弱,基本骨架未产生太大变化,层状结构变得疏松,比表面积也增大,膨润土经铁改性后Fe2O3的含量增加。对于CODCr值为365 mg/L的造纸法烟草薄片废水,当反应初始pH值为3.0、H2O2用量为3.0 mL/L、铁改性膨润土光催化剂用量为1700 mg/L时,采用光催化非均相Fenton法处理3 h时,废水CODCr的去除率达到80.2%。另外,铁改性膨润土催化剂具有较高的稳定性和较好的可重复使用性,催化剂的重复使用并不会改变原来的骨架及微观形貌。
Abstract:The structure characterization of Fe-Bentonite which was prepared through cation exchange was studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD), fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), N2 adsorption-desorption, laser particle size analyzer and X-ray fluorescence (XRF).The results showed that the intensity of its characteristic apex fell a little bit, its the basic skeletons didnt change much,the layered structure became loose, the specific surface area and the Fe2O3 content increased. CODCr removal rate of the effluent with CODCr content of 365 mg/L and initial pH value was 3.0 could reach 80.2% when the dorages of H2O2 and Fe-Bentonite were 3.0 mL/L and 1700 mg/L respectively, under the UV irradiation for 180 min, the Fe ions amount in solution leaching from the Fe-Bentonite was relatively low, and the catalyst could be easily recovered and reused, repeated use would not alter the skeleton and morphology of Fe-Bentonite.
