摘要:纸和纸板的许多强度性能都是由纸张纤维网络中纤维的结合性能决定的,而纤维间的结合性能主要包括纤维间的结合力和结合面积。本文综述了目前纸张纤维网络中纤维结合面积的测定方法,根据结合面积评价方式可以分为直接检测法和间接检测法。直接检测法包括普通光学显微镜法、荧光显微镜法、偏振光显微镜法和共聚焦激光扫描显微镜法;间接检测法包括BET气体吸收法和光散射系数法;比较了不同检测方法在可操作性、准确性等方面的优缺点。
Abstract:Many physical strength properties of paper and paperboard are determined by the interfiber bonding properties of the sheet fiber network. The interfiber bonding properties mainly include interfiber bonding strength and interfiber bonded area. The determination methods of interfiber bonded area in sheet fiber network were reviewed in this paper, which could be divided into direct method and indirect method based on interfiber bonded area evaluating method. The direct method included ordinary optical microscopy method, fluorescence microscopy method, polarized light microscopy method and confocal laser scanning microscopy method, while indirect measuring method included gas absorption method of BET and light scattering coefficient method. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of different methods were compared in terms of operability and accuracy etc.
