工业4.0时代下智能造纸工业的构建及其关键技术

摘要:结合造纸工业资金密集、技术密集、能源密集等产业特点,利用“互联网+”“工业4.0”理念,探讨“互联网+传统造纸工业”即“智能造纸工业”发展新模式,旨在为探索传统造纸工业新的产业增长点献计献策,推动传统造纸工业向智能制造、绿色制造、柔性制造转型升级,进入互联网经济新兴业态。

Abstract:Considering the three characters(capital intensive, technology intensive and energy intensive) of pulp and paper industry, a new development model was discussed in this study by utilizing the concepts of “Internet+” and “Industries 4.0”, the purpose was to explorie a reasonable approach to reform and upgrade pulp and paper industry to realize producing paper intelligently, environmentally-friendly and flexibly.
