摘要:利用原位合成法制备纳米硫化银 纸浆复合纤维,并以此复合纤维制备抑菌纸。采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散X射线光谱(EDX)对制备的复合纤维抑菌纸进行了分析,证明复合纤维抑菌纸的表面存在硫化银纳米颗粒。实验探究了制备条件(硫源种类、反应温度、反应时间和反应物浓度)对复合纤维抑菌纸抑菌性能的影响,发现影响复合纤维抑菌纸抑菌性能的主要因素是硫源和温度;以硫化钠为硫源、室温下制备的复合纤维抑菌纸具有最好的抑菌性能;纳米硫化银 纸浆复合纤维抑菌纸的适宜制备条件:硫化钠为硫源,浓度为0.005 mol/L,硝酸银浓度为0.01 mol/L,在20℃下反应2.0 h。
Abstract:Nano silver sulfide-pulp composite fibers were successfully prepared by using in-situ synthesis process. The antibacterial paper sample made of the composite fibers was analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), and the results confirmed the existence of silver sulfide nanoparticles on the surface of the paper. The effects of preparation conditions (sulfur source types, temperature, time and reactant concentration) on the antimicrobial property were explored, it was found that the main factors influencing the antibacterial property of the paper were sulfur source and temperature. The composite fibers prepared by using sodium sulfide as sulfur source had good antibacterial activity, but those prepared by using sulfourea and sodium hyposulfite as sulfur source had no antibacterial activity. The composite fibers prepared at room temperature had the best antibacterial property.
