摘要:通过改变浆浓、疏解时间以及选用不同的表面活性剂,对聚烯烃长纤维悬浮液的分散效果进行了研究。采用测定悬浮液体积、观察纤维悬浮液分散情况以及分析纸张性能,确定了适宜的浆浓和疏解时间,优选出了适宜的表面活性剂。结果表明,当浆浓为0.04%,疏解时间为2 min时,聚烯烃长纤维的分散效果较好。当脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵(AESA)溶液浓度为4%时聚烯烃长纤维浆料悬浮液表面张力小于十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)溶液的,AESA溶液对聚烯烃长纤维浆料悬浮液的分散效果优于SDS溶液的。在聚烯烃长纤维浆料悬浮液中添加AESA溶液,抄造所得纸张的抗张指数比添加SDS溶液的好,在此条件下得到纸张的抗张指数为37.5 N·m/g,纸张孔径主要分布于15~25 μm范围。
Abstract:The dispersion performances of polyolefin long-fiber suspension were investigated by changing the suspension consistency, fiber disintegration time and application of various surfactants. Based on sedimentation volume method, fiber suspension observation and testing of the properties of resultant paper suitable pulp concentration and fiber disintegration time as well as a suitable surface surfactant were identified. The results showed that, when the pulp consistency was 0.04%, disintegration time was 2 mins, the dispersion of the long fibers could meet the basic requirements. The 4%concentration of AESA solution had better dispersive performance than that of SDS thanks to its lower surface tension. The paper formation, pore size, and the tensile strength of the sheet were better compared to the application of SDS. Its tensile index was 37.5 N·m/g, pore size of paper mainly distributed in 15~25 μm.
