摘要:无铝内衬纸由于其透气度低、防水性能和阻隔性能较好、成型度良好等特点,是具有保香防潮功能要求的卷烟包装的理想材料。本文从烟用无铝内衬纸的开发背景出发,论述了无铝内衬纸开发和应用的必要性,总结了常用烟用内衬纸的类型和特点,归纳了烟用无铝内衬纸的基本特性,对比了现有的烟用无铝内衬纸制备技术并总结其优缺点,展望了烟用无铝内衬纸未来制备技术的发展趋势。

Abstract:Aluminum free inner lining paper for cigarette packaging possesses many advantages such as low porosity, excellent waterproof performance and barrier property as well as excellent forming degree, which is of singular significance to make it ideal material for cigarette packaging with fragrance protecting and moisture proof abilities. Therefore, the developing aluminum free inner lining paper owns broad application prospects. The developing background of aluminum free inner lining paper for cigarette packaging was introduced, and the necessities of development and application of aluminum free inner lining paper were discussed. Types and characteristics of the aluminum free inner lining paper applied widely were summarized, and its basic properties were also concluded. Advantages and disadvantages of current manufacture technologies of aluminum free inner lining paper were concluded and compared, and the future developing trends of manufacturing technology were also analyzed in this paper.
