摘要:采用磷脂酶控制旧报纸浆(ONP浆)中的胶黏物,探究其最佳处理条件,考察磷脂酶处理后ONP浆中胶黏物的含量及表面黏性变化,并与脂肪酶控制效果作比较。结果表明,磷脂酶控制ONP浆中胶黏物的最佳处理条件为:温度60℃,pH值5.5,磷脂酶用量0.1%,时间2 h。在最佳处理条件下,磷脂酶对大胶黏物的去除率达70.2%,较脂肪酶对大胶黏物的去除率高18.2个百分点;磷脂酶处理后浆料滤液的阳离子需求量(CD值)、浊度及粒径均有下降,潜在二次胶黏物含量下降,同时胶黏物的表面黏性明显下降。磷脂酶和脂肪酶在各自最佳条件下处理胶黏物,磷脂酶处理后胶黏物含量及表面黏性下降更明显,对胶黏物控制效果较好。
Abstract:Phospholipase was used to control stickies in ONP pulp, its optimal processing condition was explored. Controlling effect of phospholipase on stickies content and surface viscosity was investigated and compared with that of lipase. Results showed that the optimal processing condition was temperature of 60℃, pH of 5.5, the dosage of phospholipase of 0.1% and the treatment time of 2 h. After the treatment under the condition, the removal rate of macrostickies was 70.2%, CD value, turbidity and particle size of the ONP pulp filtrate also reduced, indicating that the content of potential secondary stickies declined, and the surface viscosity of stickies declined remarkably. Controlling effects of phospholipase and lipase under respective optimal processing conditions were compared. Results showed that stickies content and surface viscosity dropped more significantly after the treatment of phospholipase, indicating that phospholipase has a better controlling effect.
