摘要:实验以黏胶纤维为原料,以阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)、聚氧化乙烯(PEO)和阳离子物质A为助剂,制备机制游龙纸的纤维丝束(“游龙丝”),研究了3种助剂对黏胶纤维制备“游龙丝”过程的影响。当APAM用量为黏胶纤维的0.6%时,“游龙丝”结构紧密;当PEO用量为0.2%时,“游龙丝”分散效果最好;阳离子物质A可使“游龙丝”结构紧密,其用量为2%时,“游龙丝”形态明显,结构紧密,“游龙丝”在溶液中分散均匀。 |
Abstract:The effect of flocculant(APAM), dipersant(PEO) and the reaction agent on the preparation of stalle fiber bundles of rayon fiber, which were used in the manufacture of tour dragon paper, was investigated. The results showed that fiber bundles had close structure when flocculation agent dosage was 0.6%(on rayon fiber). When dispersant dosage was 0.2%, fiber dispersion effect was better. On the other hand, reaction agent promoted the fiber bundle structure more close, the amount was 2%, the morphology of the fiber tow was obvious, fiber tow uniformly dispersed in the solution. |
