摘要:采用硬脂酸钠(NaSt)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、硅烷偶联剂KH550、硅烷偶联剂KH560、NaSt-KH550复配改性剂对造纸污泥(PMS)进行表面改性,考察了不同改性剂、温度、时间以及复配比和复配改性剂的用量对造纸污泥吸油值和悬浮液黏度的影响,利用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、光学显微镜(OM)对造纸污泥微观结构进行表征。研究表明,在改性温度80℃,改性时间60 min下,NaSt-KH550复配改性剂用量(对绝干污泥质量)2.0%,m(NaSt)∶m(KH550)为 2∶1 时,造纸污泥的吸油值和悬浮液黏度最低,分别为54.97 g/100 g和115.8 mPa·s,比未改性污泥分别降低了34.3%和63.9%,提高了造纸污泥的疏水性和亲油性。
Abstract:The surface of paper mill sludge (PMS) was modified by single surface modifier including sodium stearate (NaSt), sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS), silane coupling agent KH550 and KH560, as wall as compound modifier of NaSt-KH550. The effect of modifier type, modification condition, the dosage and ratio of NaSt-KH550 on the viscosity of the slurry of PMS and oil-absorbed value of PMS were investigated. The surface properties of modified PMS were characterized by FT-IR and OM. The results showed that hydrophobic lipophilic property of PMS was improved by surface modifying, and viscosity of its slurry and oil-absorbed value of PMS reached the lowest when the dosage of NaSt-KH550 was 2.0% and the ratio of NaSt to KH550 was 2∶1, modification temperature was 80℃, modification time was 60 min.
