摘要:对比分析了喷射纺丝法(jet-spun)和原纤化处理得到的两种对位芳纶浆粕的比表面积、保水值、动态滤水等特性。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察发现,喷射纺丝法制备得到的浆粕1呈薄膜状,比表面积为26.365 m2/g;原纤化处理得到的浆粕2中存在纳米级直径的原纤化纤维细丝,比表面积为15.157 m2/g。动态滤水曲线表明,浆粕1的滤水速率更慢,对滤水的阻碍作用更大。浆粕1的纸基材料抗张指数为42.3 N·m/g,高于浆粕2的;浆粕1与对位芳纶纤维混合抄造的纸基材料抗张指数为34.0 N·m/g,同样高于浆粕2与对位芳纶纤维混合抄造纸基材料的。 |
Abstract:The structure and performance of two kinds of para-aramid pulp were compared. One was obtained by jet-spun process (pulp 1), the other was fibrillated by mechanical force (pulp 2). In this paper, specific surface area, water retention value (WRV) and property of dynamic drainage of the para-aramid pulps were studied. The results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that pulp 1 had a flexible sheet structure while pulp 2 contained fibrillated nano-fiber. The specific surface area of pulp 1 was 26.365 m2/g and pulp 2 was 15.157 m2/g. The dynamic drainage curve indicated that pulp 1’s drainage rate was lower than pulp 2 so that pulp 1 was more difficult to drain water off. The tensile index of paper-based composite made from pulp 1 was 42.3 N·m/g that was higher than pulp 2; And the tensile index of paper-based composite of fiber and pulp 1 was 34.0 N·m/g, which was also higher than that made from fiber and pulp 2. |
