摘要:利用有机溶剂四氯化碳提纯乙醇木素,主要考察提纯温度、四氯化碳用量和提纯时间对提纯后木素纯度与得率的影响。利用紫外可见光谱法测得精制木素在215 nm处吸光度值与浓度之间存在线性关系,对应关系式为y=0.0195x-0.0028。结果表明,粗木素的最佳提纯条件为:提纯温度30℃,四氯化碳用量20 mL(基于1 g粗木素),提纯时间10 min,提纯木素的相对纯度为96.55%,得率为84.37%。通过乙醇木素提纯前后红外光谱的对比分析发现,在提纯过程中,粗木素结构基本没变,糖类被有效去除。 |
Abstract:The organic solvent carbon tetrachloride was used to purify ethanol lignin. The effects of purification temperature, dosage of carbon tetrachloride and reaction time on the purity and yield of ethanol lignin were studied. The linear relationship between concentration of the ethanol lignin and absorbance at 215 nm was measured by UV-visible spectroscopy. The corresponding relationship was y=0.0195x-0.0028. The linear relationship was used to measure quantitatively the purity of lignin (relative to refined lignin) and to obtain the best purification process of the ethanol lignin. The studied results showed that the best purification conditions were as follows: purification temperature 30℃, dosage of carbon tetrachloride 20 mL(based on 1g raw lignin), reaction time 10 min. The purity and yield of ethanol lignin were 96.55% and 84.37% respectively under this purification condition. The analysies of FT-IR before and after purification of the ethanol lignin indicated that, the structure of the ethanol lignin was almost unchanged and sugars were effectively removed in the process of purification. |
