卷烟纸对卷烟凝灰性能的影响分析

摘要:依据自主研发的卷烟凝灰分析软件，通过凝灰指数这一参数的计算，对不同品牌卷烟的凝灰能力进行了评价，同时分析卷烟纸凝灰性能对卷烟燃烧性能的影响。结果表明，卷烟凝灰指数的计算简单，凝灰分析软件的响应迅速，同一品牌不批次卷烟的凝灰指数间的变异系数较小，不同品牌卷烟的凝灰指数区分度明显；卷烟凝灰指数可以作为衡量卷烟凝灰性能的重要指标和有效手段，该指数可以应用于卷烟综合性能的评定；卷烟纸对卷烟的凝灰性能起重要作用。

Abstract:Based on the self-developed cigarette ash condensation analysis software, through the calculation of the cigarette ash condensation index, the ash condensation abilities of different types of cigarette paper were evaluated in this paper. The results showed that the cigarette ash condensation index had the advantages of simple calculation, quick response of ash condensation analysis software, small coefficient of variation between different cigarette ash condensation index of the same batch sample, and there was obvious difference of ash condensation index of different batch samples. Therefore, the cigarette ash condensation index could be used as an important index and effective means to measure the performance of the cigarette ash, meanwhile, the index could be applied to the comprehensive assessment of the cigarette paper. Meanwhile, the influence of cigarette ash density on the combustion performance of cigarettes was analyzed, the analysis showed that the factors affecting the ash density of cigarette paper were mainly density, permeability, combustion adjuvants and ash condensation agents. Both ash condensation performance of cigarette paper and environment had certain impacts on the cigarettes smoldering properties.
