摘要:采用马来酸十二醇单酯(MAD)和α-烯烃磺酸钠(AOS)为原料,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂进行反应得到一系列MAD-AOS二元共聚物高分子表面活性剂,并对其脱墨性能进行研究,通过红外光谱(IR)对MAD-AOS二元共聚物的结构进行表征。用凝胶渗透色谱分析仪 (GPC) 测得其相对分子质量及其分布,通过环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM) 对比其与复配脱墨剂及市售脱墨剂的脱墨效果。结果表明,当n(MAD)∶n(AOS)=1∶1,引发剂用量为2.5%(对单体总质量),聚合温度为85℃,聚合时间6 h时,MAD-AOS二元共聚物表面活性剂可达到较好的脱墨效果。将MAD-AOS二元共聚物与脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)按一定比例复配,在m(MAD-AOS)∶m(FMEE)=1∶1,复配脱墨剂用量为0.3%(其他助剂一定)时,脱墨浆白度可达72.2% ,残余油墨量为44 mm2/m2
Abstract:A series of MAD-AOS binary copolymers were synthesized using maleic acid monododecanol ester(MAD) and sodium α-olefin sulfonate (AOS) as raw materials ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator. Its application in waste paper deinking was studied.The structure of product was characterized by FT-IR, the relative molecular mass and its distribution of the product were measured by GPC, and the deinking effects of the product, the mixed deinking agents and the commercial deinking agent were compared. It was found that the best deinking effect of the product could be obtained when the preparation conditions was as follows: n(MAD)∶n(AOS)=1∶1, w(APS)=2.5%, reaction temperature 85℃ and reaction time 6 h. When the deinking agents of m(MAD-AOS)∶m(FMEE)= 1∶1 and dosage was 0.3%, the whiteness of the deinked pulp reached 72.2% and the residual ink concentration was only 44 mm2/m2
