高铁酸钾与聚合氯化铝铁对造纸综合废水的处理

摘要:以初始水质pH值7.8、色度125倍、浊度950 NTU、CODCr 4125 mg/L、BOD5 2835 mg/L、硫化物35.7 mg/L的造纸综合废水为处理对象,研究了聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)对高铁酸钾处理造纸综合废水效果的协同增效作用。结果表明,当高铁酸钾浓度为10 mg/L,PAFC浓度为25 mg/L时,造纸综合废水的色度去除率为85.4%,浊度去除率为87.8%,CODCr去除率为89.7%,BOD5去除率为96.5%,硫化物去除率为92.6%;PAFC与高铁酸钾联用,在大幅降低高铁酸钾使用成本的同时,可对高铁酸钾处理效果起到良好的增效作用。
Abstract:The synergisc treatment of papermaking wastewater by using PAFC and potassium ferrate was studied, the initial quality conditions of the wastewater were as follows: pH 7.8, chroma 125, turbidity 950 NTU, CODCr 4125 mg/L, BOD5 2835 mg/L, sulphide 35.7 mg/L. The result showed that the removal rates of chroma, turbidity, CODCr, BOD5, sulfide were 85.4%, 87.8%, 89.7%, 96.5%, 92.6% when the concentrations of the potassium ferrate and PAFC were 10 mg/L and 25 mg/L, respectively. The using cost of potassium ferrate could be greatly reduced and its treatment effect could be enhanced by PAFC.
